Please read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering products from exercere.com. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you order or purchase goods on the Website.

If you do not accept the Terms, you cannot order or purchase goods on the Website.

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) physically receives the goods.

The Danish Sale of Goods Act applies to your purchase, meaning you have statutory warranties for the conformity of the goods.

Order Placement

• The online store is open 24/7 but may close for maintenance, usually at night.
• Orders placed on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid accepted credit card.
• Orders can only be fulfilled to private or business addresses in countries listed on the "Delivery" page. PO boxes are not accepted.

We may cancel the purchase agreement without compensation if:

• Payment details are incorrect or unverifiable
• The order is fraudulent or related to criminal activity
• Unintended website errors occur
• You are under 18

Agreements are only made via the Website. Orders via email, mail, or fax are not processed.

When Are You Bound by Your Order?

• You can review and change delivery, billing, and payment information before placing the order.
• When you click "Purchase and Pay", a receipt appears and the purchase agreement becomes binding.
• Contact Customer Service immediately if you made a mistake during order placement.
• You will receive an order confirmation via email.

Language of the Agreement

The agreement can only be made in Danish.

Access to the Agreement

• A confirmation of the agreement is sent via email.
• We store concluded agreements for a certain period, but you are advised to save these documents.

Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraud and maintain security, we may perform verification checks on the information you provide.

Prices and Delivery

Delivery Conditions

• Goods will be delivered to the address or nearest parcel shop indicated during order.
• Delivery only to private and business addresses — not PO boxes.
• Deliveries generally occur Monday to Friday, depending on country and courier.
• A signature is required upon receipt unless otherwise arranged.
• You bear the risk for the goods after delivery. Refuse damaged packages.

Separate Deliveries

If your order has multiple items, we may deliver separately without extra cost. You will be informed if this occurs.

Track Your Order

Once ordered, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order. The courier may also send delivery info via email/SMS. Contact Customer Service if you do not receive a confirmation.

Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from this agreement within 14 days. Deadlines vary based on single or multiple items and are counted from the day you or your designee physically receives the goods. To exercise your right, inform us via email or a written statement. Return the goods within 14 days of informing us. Keep postage receipts as proof.

Defective or Incorrect Goods

Contact Customer Service if items are defective or incorrect. Options include:

• Return for refund of price and delivery costs.
• Return for replacement item.
• Keep item with proportional price reduction.

You are not responsible for costs of returning defective or incorrect items.

Other Matters

• We strive to keep website info up to date but errors may occur.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement.
• Invalidity: If a provision is invalid, the rest remains effective.
• Assignment: We may assign rights/obligations to a third party with notice.
• Personal Data: We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy.
• Governing Law: Danish law applies; disputes go to competent courts in Denmark.
