Free Shipping Thresholds:
We offer free shipping for orders exceeding the following amounts:
- Denmark: 800 DKK
- Norway: 1250 NOK
- EU: 100 EUR
- USA: 125 USD
- UK: 100 EUR
- Rest of the world: 150 EUR
Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates vary by destination:
- Sweden: 6 EUR (Bring)
- Germany: From 8 EUR (Standard Shipping)
- Finland: 11 EUR (Bring)
- Netherlands: From 8 EUR (Standard Shipping)
- United States: From 15$ (UPS)
- UK: 8 EUR (Standard Shipping)
- Switzerland: 10 EUR (Standard Shipping)
- Other EU Countries: 13 EUR (GLS)
- Rest of the World (Non-EU): 33 EUR (Standard Shipping)
Delivery time:
- World Wide Delivery - 3-7 days
- Need faster delivery? Choose UPS for guaranteed speed.

Standard shipping uses local postal services and may take up to 4 weeks in rare cases.
Please note: Delivery times are indicative. Longer delivery times may occur during busy periods, such as sales or due to unforeseen delays with the shipping carrier.
Important:
- Duty-free delivery inside the EU and Norway.
- Please note that import duties may apply on orders outside the EU, which the customer is responsible for covering.
- We do not ship to war-torn countries.
- A replacement or refund can only be issued if the package is officially declared missing.

Easy Returns in a Few Steps
We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you placed your order.
Return Conditions – Please Read Before Returning
We cannot accept your return if:
- The items do not appear as new
- The 30-day return period has been exceeded.
- The items are not properly packed.
- The item has been perfumed, exposed to smoke, or has makeup stains.
- Hangtags or labels have been removed or damaged.
Disclaimer:
- The customer covers all return shipping costs.
- The customer assumes the transport risk until the return has been received.

Return outside the EU
Customers outside the EU must arrange the return themselves.

Important Information
- We only accept direct deliveries. Packages sent to a pickup point will not be collected.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the package is correctly shipped to us.
- The customer covers all return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Please note that direct exchanges are only available in Denmark and Sweden.
Easy Exchange in Just a Few Steps
At Exercere, you have a 30-day exchange and return policy from the date you placed your order.
Important Exchange Conditions - Please Read Before Exchanging:
We are unable to process an exchange if:
- The items do not appear new
- There is no physical note included specifying the requested exchange
- The 30-day exchange period has expired
- The items are not securely packaged
- The items have been exposed to perfume, makeup, smoke, or any other external influences
- Hangtags, labels, or original packaging have been removed or damaged
If you are exchanging an item for a different size, Exercere will cover all shipping costs.
However, you can only exchange the same product for a different size, and the exchange can only be processed if the requested size is in stock. If the desired size is unavailable when we receive your package, the amount for the item will instead be refunded as a standard return.
Important: Exchanging for a different size is free, but if you return other items in the same shipment, a return fee of 40 DKK will be deducted for those additional returned items.
Reminder: Please include a physical note inside the package clearly stating the size you wish to exchange for. If this information is missing, the return will be processed as a standard refund.
For Denmark you can easily request a free return label through our return portal and have the QR code scanned at a GLS parcel shop.
Complaint
If you have received a product with a manufacturing defect or need to file a complaint, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to contact@exerceres.com.

- Your order number
- Clear pictures of the product
- A brief description of the issue
Once we receive your request, we will review it and inform you about the next steps regarding your complaint.
